The event – Our Annual Outing at Chiraan Fort was very well received by our employees and managers. A lot of them believed that it was a good stress busting activity and a welcome break in the middle of a tough financial year.

It has been a novel experience compared to our past events here in Hyderabad. I must say that you had been the most impressive of all vendors in the proposal presentation to us and our decision to go back and revisit our budget guidelines have been sweetly vindicated by the way you have pulled off the event.

In fact, the word of mouth publicity spread has been fantastic and our employees have been giving your reference to our customers, as well, in their interactions with them, and to other regions and business units within Wipro. Our HR Head has asked us to send out a mailer to publicize the event across the HR community in the wider organization. I would also ask our Managers to share this mailer with the customers
that they have been interacting with.

1)Feed back on HICC event on our Golden Jubilee celebrations:
1.The events were really excellent like…your anchoring, games you conducted involving the family members, spouses, children and the members. All went off well with complete Participation.
2. Hemachandra’s event was also very good and was vibrant except for some delay in settling down with sound system etc…..
3.Improvement areas: You could have started on time with allocation of your members at reception, children events etc… You need to develop second line to support you and shoulder some of your responsibilities….
2) Feedback on recent event at Lahari resort:
1.Your coordination and anchoring the cricket even was very good. All the participants enjoyed
2. Orchestra…Rock Band was excellent
