If the client chooses to cancel the event, the following refund policy will apply:
Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: 75% refund of the total event managemente fee.
Cancellation between 60 and 89 days before the event: 50% refund of the total event management fee.
Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before the event: 25% refund of the total event management fee.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Event Nine
In the unlikely event that XYZ Event Management Company is unable to fulfill its obligations and cancels the event, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made.
3. Force Majeure:
If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties (such as natural disasters, acts of ter- rorism, or other unforeseen events), refunds will be subject to negotiation between the client and XYZ Event Management Company.
4. Additional Costs:
Any costs incurred by XYZ Event Management Company on behalf of the client (e.g., venue deposits, vendor payments) that are non-refundable will be deducted from any applicable refund.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of written confirmation of the cancellation.
6. Partial Services:
If the client cancels specific services within the contract, refunds will be prorated based on the value of the canceled services.
7. Change of Event Date:
If the client requests a change of event date, Event Nine will make best efforts to accommodate. However, additional costsmay apply, and refunds will be subject to the terms outlined above.
