Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:

  • If the client chooses to cancel the event, the following refund policy will apply:
  • Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: 75% refund of the total event managemente fee.
  • Cancellation between 60 and 89 days before the event: 50% refund of the total event management fee.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before the event: 25% refund of the total event management fee.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Event Nine

  • In the unlikely event that XYZ Event Management Company is unable to fulfill its obligations and cancels the event, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Force Majeure:

  • If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties (such as natural disasters, acts of ter- rorism, or other unforeseen events), refunds will be subject to negotiation between the client and XYZ Event Management Company.

4. Additional Costs:

  • Any costs incurred by XYZ Event Management Company on behalf of the client (e.g., venue deposits, vendor payments) that are non-refundable will be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of written confirmation of the cancellation.

6. Partial Services:

  • If the client cancels specific services within the contract, refunds will be prorated based on the value of the canceled services.

7. Change of Event Date:

  • If the client requests a change of event date, Event Nine will make best efforts to accommodate. However, additional costsmay apply, and refunds will be subject to the terms outlined above.
